A hydrating toner for normal to combination/oily skin. It works to remove excess oil, refine skin texture, and soften skin, to restore natural balance and keep skin looking radiant.

How to Use

After cleansing, pump 3 times to saturate a Shiseido Facial Cotton pad and wipe gently over face.

Damaged Items
