I’m loving the products so far.
I ordered two of these using promo October 30. I saw the discount on my screen with a total of $413 and took a photo, but was charged $590!!! - The total changed as soon as I hit purchase. Ive tried contacting the company and have received no response, and the items were shipped to me.
I bought a new bottle directly from skin medica to test it and see if mine from this site is authentic, completely the same product! Zero difference. Thank God-I spend so much money on this site lol!
*yes, it is supposed to be red and smell funny (like chemicals)
I never recieved this product, and never received an update from this company as to where my purchase went?
I wish I could give this zero stars. I’ve been a ZO customer for almost three years using daily power defense every single day and decided to try this site to get it cheaper - guys I promise you this is NOT ZO. My skin is completely wrecked, I’m so bummed and mad at myself for believing this is legit. Please please please don’t waste your time or money. The mug picture was without makeup before I tried this crap.
I am 52 and have had Acne my entire life. I have never gone out in public without foundation. My skin is now completely clear and with the use of Aklief also my skin is now flawless and I do not need foundation! I have before and after pics too.
Skin felt and looked better overnight with a single use - brightens, smooths, plumps and firms with zero irritation. It lost a star due to pilling which makes it impossible to use under cosmetics. Received the cream tube that I ordered; however, the tube is 3 months away from expiration date. Contacted customer service multiple times and unable to talk to anybody. Still haven't received my refund yet. How does this happen.
I spent $$$$ on this skin care thinking if you spent the money you get the rewards but not true!
I have been trying to reach someone since I recieved the wrong item Saturday. 2 emails, 3 days of trying to reach someone in chat, and one website inquiry. Hopefully someone will finally see this. I ordered the dry/very dry box and was sent the normal/combination box. Even what the box said was inside was wrong. There are different dates on all of the bottles, and the tinted 45spf moisturizer was not in there, it was untinted SPF 33. I suspect this is a fake product, or returns all bundled together incorrectly and repackaged. I have nothing to compare it to so I don't know if it's real or not. But the lack of communication on what I'm supposed to do with this is very upsetting. I spent a lot of money on this system.
I think I received a bottle of old product - I've always purchased in store at Ulta and the product is a creamy white serum. One bottle will easily last me 9+ months, and it always stays the same color for me. When I opened this bottle - it is a caramel color, not the white I am used to. Wish I could return and get my money back because this is not a cheap product, but I didn't open until I ran out of my previous bottle and I am now past the 30 day return window. Beware of buying and if you do, please check it before the return window closes
I am a long time user of JM products, and nothing comes close to the results I’ve gotten. I receive multiple compliments. And it all starts w the C-esta Face Serum. A little goes a long way! Love it!
Dispensed poorly without both chambers equally dispensing. Results not impressive. Customer care of this company did not respond well to my emails about it!
I have been using the product for about 2 weeks and I like the results, but I don’t love it. To be honest, the packaging bothers me. It’s packaged in a small but heavy non translucent bottle. The bottle only holds 1.7 oz. I won’t be able to tell when I’m about to run out. Personally, I won’t spend this much money again for such a small amount of product, that is mostly expensive packaging.
I’ve used these pads before (ordered directly from Elemis) and had no problems. I just opened a pack I ordered from this site (for the first time) and the pads are brown, not a nice clean white like they are direct from the brand’s site. I then flipped the stack of the pads over and there are more brown spots on the bottom. I think this is a bad/expired batch :( going to try to initiate a return…
I typically use Revitalash and a friend recommended Grande lash. So far it's been 3 weeks and I notice a significant difference. Both products are comparable Grande lash is more affordable. Great product.

My lashes have gotten longer and thicker in the past few months. I love it! I told my 77 year old Mom who had hardly any lakes left and she has eye lashes now!
This product works amazing. Within a month a noticed a huge difference and I use it every couple days for maintenance and my eye lashes have stayed looking amazing. This works just as good as those super expensive products and is so much more affordable
This product really works. I had lash extensions and when I removed them my eyelashes were very short. After using this serum my lashes are longer than ever. I would highly recommend it.
ive been using this lash serum for a little over a month and ive never received more compliments on my lashes!! they look long naturally and even longer with mascara.
I've been using the Obagi Nu-Derm system now for almost a month and my skin looks the best it has in years. I haven't had one breakout since I've been using it and it's evened out my skin tone in general. It's even helping fade my melasma, which is a bonus. I will be using this line for years to come.
I think it has helped with the texture and feel of my skin. My only complaint is the bottle seemed to be less than half full when I got it. I am running out way too quick.
