I received this product, and I want to note that its shelf life expires in 7 months from the day it arrived. I ordered two of them, and although the company apologized for the issue, they denied my request for a free return. They stated, “Please note that returns are subject to a $7 return fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.”
Additionally, I noticed a discrepancy in the ingredients listed on their website. It claims the key ingredients are zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid. However, the active ingredients in the product I received are octocrylene (10%) and zinc oxide (15%). This is interesting because, instead of being a mineral sunscreen, it actually functions as a chemical sunscreen.
Given these concerns, I have a question: How can I trust this website for future orders if I am unsure about the ingredients listed and the expiration date on the products?

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this recent experience has left me completely frustrated and disappointed. I ordered a product that arrived with a broken pump, making it unusable. I reached out multiple times via email and phone, but received no resolution for weeks. After finally being instructed to return the item, I waited even longer for a replacement—only to receive another broken pump.
To make matters worse, I never received a prepaid return label for the second return, nor have I been issued a full refund. Despite my loyalty and numerous attempts to get this resolved, I’ve been met with silence. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I will be rethinking future purchases unless major improvements are made.
I ordered two of these using promo October 30. I saw the discount on my screen with a total of $413 and took a photo, but was charged $590!!! - The total changed as soon as I hit purchase. Ive tried contacting the company and have received no response, and the items were shipped to me.
I had virtually no eyebrows until my friend told me about the NU-Cil eyebrow stuff. After a few weeks I have dark full eyebrows like when I was a kid. And a wound that took out the end of my right eyebrow is now growing new hairs. A MIRACLE

I tried Colorscience for the first time and I'm very pleased with the coverage with this product! Most moisturizers with tinted sunscreen have very light coverage. This is a winner!
I didn't know what to expect with this serum..I've been using for a few weeks and my eyelids are noticeably less wrinkled. I use it am and pm, under my eye cream. I wish I'd started using in my 30s.
The real deal skin product that retails for $500 at Bloomingdale's is sold here for 450% less. I will never, ever buy retail again. You are CRAZY if you don't shop for all of your skin needs here. Drop the stores and their outrageously high over-head. I have never been happier than I am now. Paying less for the same quality brands as Bloomingdale's.

The pads from this order were soft. When I order them from Zo the pads are a bit rough for exfoliating the skin.
QR codes came cut out and that's very strange. They had no explanation as to why. When researched the QR code provided quality data of the product. This is very shady. On the left you can see an original product and the 2 on right are what I ordered from Skincare Essentials. BEWARE !!!
Recommended by my esthetician and she provided me with a sample. I used it after my facial and it gives such a glowy youthful appearance to the skin. Almost feels like a lotion. I was using Biore but decided to switch over to this. Looks great under makeup as well. $60 for a sunscreen is not cheap so bought 2 while they’re on sale for $40
I did not use any of the 5 products i purchased. The phone number they give you on the packing invoice does not work. It does not ring. No one answers it. I had to call my bank and dispute this charge. Do not buy from this place. It is a house in the middle of a neighborhood and I’m not sure what’s going on
This is one of the worst moisturizers! Balls up over retinol or other products, including the brand’s TNS product, doesn’t do a good job at moisturizing, smells like grandma perfume. It irritates my skin. I used it 1x and tried to return and they even sent me a shipping label and I did say on my return request that I tried and it. They did not give me my money back. Why provide a label if you already know if it’s been used even once you can’t return it. Buyer beware.
Learned my lesson in trying to to save money: not worth it.
I don’t believe this is an authentic ZO product the label smudged right off. My doctor’s office warmed me about counterfeit products. I would like a full refund!
My skin is acne prone and this serum has helped reduce inflammation and improve the overall condition of my skin. I am very happy with the results and will definitely buy more!
A very nice dish for cleansing, I’m very satisfied. Don’t be surprised by the fact that there is a salicylic acid in stock, it won’t dry it out, it won’t tease it, but it will calm you down even better.
I bought a new bottle directly from skin medica to test it and see if mine from this site is authentic, completely the same product! Zero difference. Thank God-I spend so much money on this site lol!
