This all purpose powder lightener is designed for on and off scalp application and helps lift hair with a more conditioned feel during the lightening process. Formulated with BondCare and ArganID technology, it supports a smoother, shinier finish while helping hair feel more comfortable and manageable after use. The lightweight powder mixes easily for versatile salon application, making it a dependable option for highlights, balayage, or full lightening services.

Key Ingredient:

Apply to dry, unwashed hair.<br />Depending on the desired degree of lightening and consistency, mix Moroccanoil Blonde Voyage Powder Lightener with Moroccanoil Oxidative Cream Developer 5 vol. (1.5%), 10 vol. (3%), 15 vol. (4.5%), 20 vol. (6%), 30 vol. (9%), or 40 vol. (12%) in a ratio of 1:1.5 up to 1:2 in a non-metallic bowl.<br />When applying directly to the scalp, do not exceed 20 vol. developer.<br />The lower the strength of the developer, the gentler the lightening process.<br />Maximum total processing time is 50 minutes.<br />DO NOT USE HEAT. Use mixture immediately and discard any unused mixture.<br />Processing time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired degree of lightening. Check every 5–10 minutes during processing.<br />If any adverse reaction occurs (e.g. itching, burning, rash), do not proceed. Stop and immediately rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. If necessary, seek medical treatment.<br />For best results, follow with Moroccanoil shampoo and conditioner.

Damaged Items

We will provide you with a label for a return. Once the damaged item is received, we will inspect it and the damaged items and your item will be replaced and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
