After shampooing, squeeze out excess water from hair. Section and apply directly to hair fully saturating from mid-lengths to ends. Comb through.<br />Use 1 dose (20ml) for short hair and 2 doses (40ml) for long hair.<br />Rinse out.<br />Follow with OI Conditioner in case of coarse or unruly hair for extra hydration.

If you placed an order after 1:00pm EST, you must cancel before 10:00am the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 1:00pm EST.

Damaged Items

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by phone at 800-909-6696 or by email at info@skincareessentials.com with your order number. We will provide you with a label for a return. Once the damaged item is received, we will inspect it and the damaged items and your item will be replaced and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
