Starting at the base of the eyebrow, apply Clear Brow Gel using short, upward motions for a lifting and volumizing effect (about 5-6 strokes per eyebrow).<br />Use the side of the brush to tame the top row of hairs in place. Use Clear Brow Gel as the finishing step in your eyebrow routine to set color and hairs in place. Or, use alone to groom brow hairs for a polished look.
