Step 1 Gentle Cleanser: Massage a small amount on damp face and neck AM/PM. Rinse thoroughly.<br />Step 2 Exfoliating Polish: After cleansing, gently massage a small amount on damp face and neck 2-3 times/week to start building up to every day use; dry + sensitized skin may require less use. Rinse thoroughly.<br />Step 3 Calming Toner: After exfoliating, apply to face and neck with cotton pad AM/PM.<br />Step 4 Daily Power Defense: Apply to clean, dry skin AM and PM.<br />Step 5 Rozatrol: Apply to clean, dry skin AM + PM.<br />Step 6 Soothing Hydro Mist: Close eyes. Hold bottle 6-8 inches from the face. Spray onto face as desired. Reapply throughout the day. For best results, use AM + PM. Layers easily, even over make up.

If you placed an order after 1:00pm EST, you must cancel before 10:00am the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 1:00pm EST.

Returns Policy

Damaged Items

We do our very best to ensure that every item in your order arrives safely! If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by phone at 800-909-6696 or by email at info@skincareessentials.com with your order number. We will provide you with a label for a return. Once the damaged item is received, we will inspect it and the damaged items and your item will be replaced and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
