Key Ingredient:

Lash Line: Apply Caviar Eyeliner Pencil along the upper lash line. Hold the pencil horizontally, keeping the long side of the tip flat against the lid. This makes it easy to see where the line is being placed. Apply in short strokes to keep the application close to the lashes. <br />Tight Line: Press softly on the eye lid and lift gently back into the eye crease. This will clearly reveal bottom of the lash line. Apply Caviar Eyeliner Pencil in between lashes using a dot and wiggle motion. This creates the look of lush, thick lashes. <br />Water Line: Apply directly to lower and/or upper waterline.

Damaged Items

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by phone at 800-909-6696 or by email at info@skincareessentials.com with your order number. We will provide you with a label for a return. Once the damaged item is received, we will inspect it and the damaged items and your item will be replaced and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
