Start with Dry Skin: Begin with dry skin. Ensure your hands are clean before handling the product.

Take a Small Amount: Scoop a small amount of the balm cleanser using the provided spatula or your fingertips. The balm has a rich, buttery texture.

Warm the Product: Rub the cleanser between your fingertips to warm it up. This helps the balm melt into an oil-like consistency, making it easier to spread across your skin.

Apply to Face: Gently massage the balm onto your face using upward and outward motions. Focus on areas with makeup or impurities. The balm will dissolve makeup and impurities on your skin.

Enjoy the Massage: Take a moment to enjoy the luxurious massage as you apply the balm. This also allows the product to effectively lift away dirt and makeup.

Add Water: For further emulsification, add a small amount of water to your fingertips and continue massaging. The balm will transform into a milky texture, helping to remove any remaining impurities.

Rinse or Wipe Off: Use a damp, warm washcloth or rinse your face with lukewarm water to remove the cleanser. Ensure that all traces of the balm are removed from your skin.

Damaged Items

We do our very best to ensure that every item in your order arrives safely! If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by phone at 800-909-6696 or by email at info@skincareessentials.com with your order number. We will provide you with a label for a return. Once the damaged item is received, we will inspect it and the damaged items and your item will be replaced and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
