How to Use: Wet the Eve Lom Muslin Cloth with warm water and gently massage it in circular motions to remove the EVE LOM Cleanser balm, while simultaneously exfoliating the skin. After use, rinse the cloth with cold water, wring out any excess, and hang it to dry. You can hand wash the cloth in warm water or treat it as white cotton in a washing machine, but avoid using the dryer.

When to Use: Use the muslin cloth after using any cleanser or mask to effectively remove the product from your skin. Rotate between the three cloths, washing each cloth after every 2 to 3 uses. The Eve Lom Muslin Cloth pairs exceptionally well with the EVE LOM Cleanser balm or the EVE LOM Rescue Mask for a complete skincare experience.

If you placed an order after 1:00pm EST, you must cancel before 10:00am the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 1:00pm EST.

Damaged Items

We do our very best to ensure that every item in your order arrives safely! If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by phone at 800-909-6696 or by email at info@skincareessentials.com with your order number. We will provide you with a label for a return. Once the damaged item is received, we will inspect it and the damaged items and your item will be replaced and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
