Dermalogica Ultracalming Cleanser:
Start by dampening your face with lukewarm water.
Pump a small amount of the cleanser into your hands.
Gently massage the cleanser onto your damp face and neck in upward, circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry with a clean, soft towel. Use it morning and evening as part of your skincare routine.

Dermalogica Ultracalming Mist:
After cleansing your face, close your eyes and spritz the Ultracalming Mist evenly over your face and neck.
You can also apply it throughout the day whenever your skin needs a refreshing and calming boost. Gently press the product into your skin using your palms or fingertips. No need to rinse.

Dermalogica Calm Water Gel:
After cleansing and using the Ultracalming Mist, take a small amount of the Calm Water Gel in your fingertips.
Gently massage it into your face and neck using upward, circular motions. Allow the gel to absorb into your skin fully before applying any additional products or makeup. Use it both morning and evening to maintain skin hydration and calmness.

If you placed an order after 1:00pm EST, you must cancel before 10:00am the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 1:00pm EST.

Damaged Items

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by phone at 800-909-6696 or by email at info@skincareessentials.com with your order number. We will provide you with a label for a return. Once the damaged item is received, we will inspect it and the damaged items and your item will be replaced and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
