Beta-Glucan and Panthenol soothe irritated sensitive skin so it feels clean and balanced, while Hyaluronic Acid provides an intense moisture boost.

After cleansing, pour the BALANCING TONER onto a cotton wool pad and gently wipe it over your face, neck and décolleté.

We begin preparing your package for shipment as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately. You may also refuse delivery, and we will issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned package.

If you placed an order after 1:00pm EST, you must cancel before 10:00am the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 1:00pm EST.

Returns Policy

If you're not happy, we're not happy. If you change your mind, you may return your purchase within 30 days. Terms and conditions apply, including that the product must be returned in the same condition as received, and shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged Items

We do our very best to ensure that every item in your order arrives safely! If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by phone at 800-909-6696 or by email at info@skincareessentials.com with your order number. We will provide you with a label for a return. Once the damaged item is received, we will inspect it and the damaged items and your item will be replaced and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
