Flex is a secure payment processor that makes it easy to use your HSA/FSA to purchase eligible healthcare products online. We've partnered with Flex to make shopping with HSA/FSA funds simple and convenient. Through our integration with Flex, eligible products can be purchased using your HSA or FSA funds directly at checkout. Flex also helps provide any required documentation to support your purchase.
What is an HSA/FSA?
A Health Savings Account (HSA) is a tax-advantaged account that allows individuals enrolled in eligible high-deductible health plans to save money for qualified healthcare expenses. A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is an employer-sponsored benefit account that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible healthcare expenses.
Can I use my HSA/FSA card at checkout?
Yes. If you have an HSA/FSA debit card, you can typically use it directly through the Flex checkout process for eligible products. Make sure to sign out of Shop and check out as a guest to see Flex as a payment option.
What if I don't have my HSA/FSA card available?
You may be able to complete your purchase using another payment method and submit the required documentation to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement, subject to your plan's rules and approval.
How can I identify eligible products?

Do I need a prescription?

Can I mix HSA/FSA eligible and non-eligible products in the same order?
Yes. During checkout, eligible products can be processed through Flex while non-eligible items can be paid for using another accepted payment method.
What documentation will I receive?
