To apply the Clinical Skin Gentle Cream Cleanser, start by wetting your face with warm water. Take a small amount of the cleanser and gently massage it onto your skin in circular motions, focusing on areas with makeup, dirt, or impurities. Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry with a clean towel.

For the Obagi Nu-Derm® Toner, pour a small amount onto a cotton pad. Gently swipe the cotton pad across your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Allow the toner to fully absorb into your skin before proceeding to the next step of your skincare routine.

When applying Obagi Hydrate®, take a pea-sized amount of the moisturizer and dot it onto your forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin. Gently massage the product into your skin using upward and outward motions until it is fully absorbed. Use it in the morning and evening after cleansing and toning for optimal hydration.

We begin preparing your package for shipment as quickly as possible. Should you need to cancel your order, you must cancel before 1:00pm EST on the day you purchased.

Damaged Items

We do our very best to ensure that every item in your order arrives safely! If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by phone at 800-909-6696 or by email at info@skincareessentials.com with your order number. We will provide you with a label for a return. Once the damaged item is received, we will inspect it and the damaged items and your item will be replaced and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
