How to Apply
Squeeze out a pea-size amount on the top of your fingertip. Warm between fingers. Gently pat (do not rub) directly on completely dry eye area with bags and dark circles. Let the product dry for approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
I have had bags under my eyes for a few years now. No, not bags, suitcases…I am 63, and it has gotten really bad in the last few years.
